At Once Upon A Time, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping our antique and vintage items to ensure they arrive safely within the United States. All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, though larger or more delicate items may require extra time. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and estimated delivery times range from 3–10 business days depending on the destination and carrier.

We use protective and sustainable packaging whenever possible, and insurance is included for high-value or fragile shipments. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you with a resolution, which may include a refund, store credit, or filing a claim. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
